At Grupo Everest, automotive rubber parts supplier with over 20 years of experience, we are specialists in developing and manufacturing automotive rubber parts to specification. From gaskets and automotive rubber parts for engines to automotive rubber for doors and mounts and rubber parts, we work with the most demanding materials (EPDM, Neoprene, Viton®, Silicone, Natural Rubber and Hypalon). We offer custom solutions in high volumes, complying with IATF 16949 with deliveries throughout Mexico.

Special Materials for Automotive Applications

We select the optimal compound according to the mechanical, thermal and chemical requirements of your application. We manufacture rubber parts in the following materials.

EPDM

Superior resistance to ozone, weathering and brake fluids. Ideal for door seals, window seals, radiator hoses and HVAC systems.

Neoprene

Excellent resistance to oils, greases and weathering. Used in oil pan gaskets, anti-vibration mounts and seals for air conditioning systems.

Silicone

Extreme flexibility from -50°C to 250°C. Perfect for intake seals, electrical connectors and components in exhaust and turbo systems.

Viton® (FKM)

Exceptional chemical resistance to fuels, hot oils and solvents. Essential for injector seals, fuel pumps and emission systems.

Natural Rubber

High mechanical strength and elasticity. Ideal for engine mounts, shock absorbers, bushings and components requiring high flexibility and tear resistance.

Hypalon

Superior resistance to ozone, weathering and chemicals. Used in brake hoses, hose protectors and high environmental stress applications.

Door Seals and Body Seals

Wind noise on the highway? Water leaking through doors? Automotive rubber for doors is the first barrier. We manufacture EPDM and neoprene profiles that seal perfectly, eliminate vibrations and last for years without hardening. Custom cut or continuous rolls. We also manufacture automotive rubber seals for all types of vehicles.

  • Seals for side doors and tailgate
  • Weatherstrips for windows and hood
  • Insulators for door frames

Automotive Rubber Applications in Critical Systems

Every part we manufacture is designed to withstand the most demanding vehicle conditions. Our automotive rubber parts cover all systems.

Automotive rubber parts for systems that cannot fail. We offer high-engineering automotive rubber products:

  • Engine systems: Cylinder head gaskets, valve seals, retainers that resist hot oil.
  • Fuel systems: Injector seals (Viton® required), fuel pump gaskets.
  • Transmission systems: Hydraulic seals and gaskets that don't lose pressure.
  • Brake systems: Diaphragms, master cylinder seals for maximum safety.
  • HVAC systems: A/C compressor seals, hoses that withstand refrigerants.
  • Body and chassis: Door, window, hood seals (eliminate noise and leaks).
  • Electrical systems: Insulators, sealed connectors against moisture and dust.
  • Exhaust systems: Vibration mounts and insulators that withstand extreme heat.

Commitment to Automotive Excellence

Certifications and processes that guarantee the reliability of your parts.

IATF 16949

Specific certification for the automotive industry that endorses our quality management systems. Indispensable requirement for TIER 1 and TIER 2 suppliers.

Batch Traceability

Total control of raw materials and processes to guarantee reproducibility in every mass production. Every part has a record.

Laboratory Testing

We perform aging tests, fluid resistance tests (fuels, oils, coolants) and physical properties tests according to ASTM/DIN standards.

Frequently Asked Questions about Automotive Rubber Parts

Do you need automotive rubber parts for your production? We are automotive rubber parts distributors and direct manufacturers. We answer the most common questions about materials, manufacturing, shipping and certifications.

For engine seals in contact with hot oil, Viton® (FKM) is the best choice due to its high temperature resistance (up to 200°C continuous) and compatibility with oils and fuels. For cylinder head gaskets, we use high-compression compounds like Nitrile Rubber (NBR) or high-elongation Silicone.

We are certified under IATF 16949, the most rigorous quality standard for the automotive industry. Additionally, we back each shipment with batch quality certificates and complete raw material traceability. We also comply with ASTM and DIN standards according to the material.

Yes. We develop the part from your design (2D/3D drawing) or physical sample. Our engineering team validates the material formulation and molding process (compression, injection or extrusion) to guarantee the functionality and durability required in automotive applications.

We specialize in high volumes for the automotive industry. Our production lines can manufacture from thousands to millions of parts annually, with optimized costs by scale. For development projects, we can start with smaller volumes and scale up.

EPDM: ideal for outdoor applications (ozone resistance, weathering and brake fluids). Perfect for door and window seals.
Neoprene (CR): balance between oil and climate resistance. Used in anti-vibration mounts and oil pan gaskets.
Silicone (VMQ): for extreme ranges from -50°C to 250°C. Recommended for intake seals, electrical connectors and components near the turbo.

Use Viton (FKM) when temperature exceeds 120°C continuous or when in contact with aggressive fuel additives, hot oils or chemical solvents. Nitrile (NBR) is sufficient for oils at room temperature (< 100°C) and is more economical. For exhaust systems, diesel injection and emissions, Viton is mandatory.

We perform thermal aging tests, fluid resistance tests (oils, fuels, coolants), Shore hardness, elongation, tear resistance, compression set and ozone resistance. All according to ASTM D2000, SAE J200 and DIN standards. We deliver certificates per batch.

Our parts are used in: engine systems (cylinder head gaskets, valve seals, retainers), fuel systems (injector seals, fuel pump gaskets), transmission systems (hydraulic seals), brake systems (diaphragms, master cylinder seals), HVAC (A/C compressor seals), body (door, window, hood seals) and electrical systems (insulators, sealed connectors).

Yes. We ship throughout Mexico. We deliver to Monterrey, Saltillo, Mexico City, Guadalajara, Querétaro, Puebla, Toluca, San Luis Potosí, León, Aguascalientes, Morelia, Veracruz, Mérida and Tijuana. Request your quote with your postal code and we will provide delivery time.

For installing automotive rubber parts (door seals, window seals, weatherstrips), we recommend high-temperature contact adhesives like 3M Black Super Weatherstrip Adhesive or our industrial neoprene adhesive. Contact us for your specific application.
